Description: In the cold stamping process, the material (metal or non-metallic) is processed into parts (or semi-finished). This special technology and equipment is known as punching die (cold stamping die). The die is usually composed by two types of parts:
One is the technology parts. Such parts will be directly involved in the completion of the process and have direct contact with the blank. It includes working parts, positioning parts, unloading and press parts, etc.
One is the structural parts. Such parts are not directly involved in the completion of the process, and do not have direct contact with the blank. They only have the guarantee effect for the completion of the process and perfect the function of die. It also includes a guide parts, fastening parts, standard parts and other spare parts. Kindly note that only working parts and necessary fixing parts are indispensably.
